Executive Board (EB)

The Executive Board is responsible for coordination of the operational activities and for supervision of the quality of the activities undertaken. It includes the Project Leader, Deputy leader, Work Packages leaders and Funding Allocation Controlling Officer.

  • Preparation of the annual plan and coordination of its implementation
  • Preparation of the annual budget allocation plan
  • First-level approval of annual reports and deliverables
  • Permanent supervision and control of the task implementation (timing and quality)
  • Permanent supervision and control of the funding allocation
